I really hate it when a tip is already added to my bill. I'll tip when and what I feel like. I'm usually an "over-tipper" as my wife puts it, Usually around 20% as a lower limit rather than the usual 15.
When I see that a tip is already added to the bill, they get the 10-15% that's put there, nothing more. Their loss.
